All orders placed before 12PM EST will ship the same time (Mon-Fri).
Orders placed after 12PM EST will ship the next business day.

How much does shipping cost to UK?

We have secured a warehouse in Poland and now offer free shipping for all UK orders.

Do I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Unfortunately, due to Brexit, you will need to pay customs duties to receive your order. We do not reimburse these fees and recommend you enquire with your local customs agency on costs incurred before placing an order.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once dispatched, your delivery may take one to five business days to arrive. Our average fulfillment time is three days.

How to I track my order?

YYou will receive tracking information from hello@baseblocks.fit. If you haven’t heard from us, please check your promotions folder as we sometimes get stuck there.

Which courier do you use?

We ship orders using FedEx, UPS and DHL. Our fulfilment software automatically selects the local courier that will get it to your door the quickest.

Can I cancel my order before it ships?

All orders are automatically pulled from our website into a shipping queue. If a shipping label has been created for your order, we cannot cancel your order. Please email hello@baseblocks.fit your order number to see if we can remove your order from the shipping queue.

How do I change my shipping address?

All orders are automatically pulled from our website into a shipping queue. Please email hello@baseblocks.fit with your order number and correct shipping address as soon as possible. If a shipping label has already been created, we cannot amend the shipping address.
